6oz white chocolate, chopped
8oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup softened butter
3.5 cups sifted icing sugar
1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
1. Melt choc in double boiler until *just* smooth. Cool to room temp.
2. In separate bowl combine butter and cream cheese until blended. Add chocolate.
3. Gradually add sugar. Beat until light and creamy.
Pair well with absolutely any cake or cupcakes. Or muffins. Or cookies. Or roast beef.
