Whole Wheat Chocolate Banana Muffins


Having too many brown bananas, a craving for chocolate, and a desire for a “healthier” baking option, these came about, and they are delicious!

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and paper line or grease muffin tins. Yields 12 large muffins.

Ingredients:
4 large mashed bananas
2 large eggs
3/4 cup vanilla yogurt
1/4 cup soft butter
1 2/3 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup cocoa
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt

Method:
Put it all in a bowl and mix. I’m lazy that way.
Bake for approx 20 mins.
Devour.
