Meatballs


Ingredients:

2 lbs ground beef

2 eggs

1/2 cup bread crumbs

1 tsp onion powder

1/4 cup ketchup

salt and pepper to taste

 

Method:

Mix and form into 1 inch diameter balls and place on baking sheet prepared with cooking spray. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes or until cooked through.

Add to sauce (spaghetti sauce, sweet  & sour sauce, Swedish meatball sauce) or serve as appetizers.

Yield: about 20
