Ingredients:
2 large cream cheese, onion flavoured
1 10.5oz can crushed pineapple (well drained)
1/4 cup green pepper chopped fine (optional)
1/4 cup maraschino cherries chopped fine (squeeze out juice)
pecans
Method:
Form ingredients into a ball and roll in pecans or other nuts. Refrigerate. Keeps for approximately 3 weeks.
