Shortbread Cookies


Ingredients:

1 lb butter

1 cup brown sugar

4 cups all purpose flour

 

Method:

Cream butter and sugar. Add flour and knead until soft. Roll and cut cookies. Bake 8 to 10 minutes at 350°F.
