1/3 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp milk/cream
1/2 cup raisins (or walnuts, or pecans)
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp vanilla
Pour into pre-made tart shells and back at 450°F for 8 minutes, then at 350°F until the pastry is browned.
1 batch makes 12 3 inch tarts.
