Ingredients:
2 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup white sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 cup shredded cheddard cheese
1 cup plain yogurt
1/4 cup butter
2 eggs, beaten
Method:
Mix dry ingredients together and stir in cheese.
In a separate bowl, combine wet ingredients.
Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients, stir just until moistened.
Divide batter evenly among 12 greased (or lined) muffin cups.
Bake at 400°F for 18-20 minutes.
