2 cup Cooked Sushi Rice (preferably cooked with milk instead of water)
1 1/3 cup Milk
1/8 t Salt
1/3 cup Demerara Sugar (or plain old brown sugar)
1 tbsp Butter
1 tsp Rose Water
½ tsp Lemon Rind Grated
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- Preheat oven at 325⁰
- Mix milk, salt, sugar, butter, rose water, eggs, lemon rind and juice and beat well. Gently combine with rice using fork.
- Grease baking dish and add mixture.
- Cook for 50 minutes, or until pudding is set and lightly brown on top.
