Rice Pudding


2 cup Cooked Sushi Rice (preferably cooked with milk instead of water)
1 1/3 cup Milk
1/8 t Salt
1/3 cup Demerara Sugar (or plain old brown sugar)
1 tbsp Butter
1 tsp Rose Water
4 Eggs
½ tsp Lemon Rind Grated
1 tbsp Lemon Juice


  1. Preheat oven at 325⁰
  2. Mix milk, salt, sugar, butter, rose water, eggs, lemon rind and juice and beat well. Gently combine with rice using fork.
  3. Grease baking dish and add mixture.
  4. Cook for 50 minutes, or until pudding is set and lightly brown on top.
