Apple Crisp

8 apples, sliced and peeled (if they’re little, I add more)

3/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup all purpose flour
3/4 cup oatmeal (quick oats)
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup butter, melted

Place mixture over sliced apples in a 8×8 baking dish. Cook at 375 degrees F for 30-40 minutes or until bubbly when apples are soft.
