6-8 boneless chicken breasts
2 cans cream-of-mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk or little more – mixed in soup
1/4 lb. of butter (or margarine) – optional
2-3 cups of chicken stuffing (I use Wonder bread boxed stuffing)
Swiss Cheese slices
onion powder, garlic powder, and pepper
Cut breasts into small pieces and line bottom of baking dish with meat. Season with onion powder, garlic powder, pepper, as desired (do not use salt).
Cover chicken with Swiss cheese. Pour soup over chicken. Sprinkle stuffing over chicken.
Drizzle Butter (or margarine) over top.
Bake at 350°F for 1 hour. Cover with tinfoil – Remove last 15 mins.
Can be made the day ahead, refridgerate and cook.
