Church Window Cookies


Ingredients:

1/2 cup butter

2/3 cup peanut butter

2 6oz pkg. butterscotch chips (and nuts, if desired)

1 pkg. small coloured marshmallows

Coconut

Method:

Melt butter, peanut butter, and butterscotch chips and cool. Add marshmallows (and nuts, if desired). Roll in coconut and form mixture into rolls. Wrap in waxed paper. Chill thoroughly. With sharp knife, slice into desired size cookie. (If you use semi-sweet chocolate chips, omit peanut butter).

Tip: If you eat the whole batch at once, it will no longer be your favourite recipe.

    1. yep, two 6 ounce packages or 1.5 cups
