Jen’s Shortbread


1 1/2 cup soft butter

1 cup icing sugar

1 cup corn starch

2 cups all purpose flour

pinch of salt

 

Mix ingredients well with your hands. Roll out, cut, and bake at 300°F until slightly brown.

    I like to place a fingerprint on each cookie topped with either raspberry jam or chocolate, toblerone is a favourite.
