Easy Yorkshire Pudding

Preheat oven to 400°F. Use warm ingredients.

Stir together:

1 3/4 cup all purpose flour

1 tsp salt

Make a well in centre and add:

1 cup milk

1 cup water

Stir and add:

4 eggs

Beat until large bubbles rise to the top of the mixture. (May cover and refrigerate for 1 hour and beat again. I usually omit this step). Melt 1/2 cup butter or hot beef drippings. Pour into 9×13″ ovenproof dish and add pudding mixture. Bake 20 minutes at 400°F, and reduce heat to 350°F. Watch carefully, and remove from oven when puffs up and becomes brown on edges. Serve hot.
