Add: Cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, ginger and vanilla bean and scrapings to 3 cups of water in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce temp and simmer for about 15 mins. Add honey and drop in tea bags. Turn off heat and let steep three mins.
Strain tea (can use a coffee filter) and return to saucepan. Add milk and heat again (do not boil).
