Ingredients:
5 cloves garlic
1 (10oz) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed & drained
1 (10oz) can artichoke hearts, drained & chopped
1 (10oz) container alfredo style pasta sauce
1 cup shredded mozzerlla cheese
1/3 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 package (8oz) cream cheese, softened
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350F
2. Place 3 garlic cloves in tinfoil, bake 20-30min, until soft. Squeeze
softened garlic out of skins. Crush remaining garlic.
3. Mix garlic, spinach, artichokes, alfredo sauce and cheeses. Place in
baking dish(es).
4. Cover and bake in the preheated oven 30 minutes, or until cheese are
melted and bubbly. Serve warm.
