Ingredients:
4 cups oats
1 cup coarsely chopped nuts (almonds or hazelnuts)
½ cup sunflower seeds (shelled)
½ cup ground flax seeds
1 cup flaked coconut
½ cup sesame seeds
½ teaspoon salt
½ cup honey
½ cup molasses
½ cup vegetable oil
1 tablespoon vanilla
Directions:
In a large bowl blend dry ingredients. Gently heat the honey, molasses and oil in a sauce pan. Add vanilla. Blend dry ingredients well with liquid. Spread on a large cookie sheet, bake at 250°F for 40 minutes, turning with a spatula every 10 minutes. Let cool. Store in aglass jar or cookie tin.
