Ingredients:
1 lb stewing beef
2 28 ounce cans diced tomatoes
1 can black beans
1 can kidney beans (white or red)
1 can corn (or frozen corn)
2 medium onions, chopped
1 pepper, chopped
2 ribs of celery, chopped
2 tsp crushed red pepper (leave out if you prefer it to be milder)
1 tsp cumin
2 tbsp chili powder
salt to taste
Method:
Put all ingredients in slow cooker on low for 8-10 hours or high for 6-8 hours.
Tips:
You can use ground beef instead of stewing beef. You can also substitute any kind of bean for what’s listed, or add additional beans.
