Broccoli Salad


Serves 4

1 head broccoli florets

2 tbsp chives (or red onion, diced)

1/2 cup fat free plain yogurt

1 tsp sweetener

1 tsp apple cider vinegar or red wine vinegar

1/2 cup old cheddar cheese, cubed or shredded

4 tbsp sunflower seeds (or pecans)

4 tbsp cooked back bacon (or bacon bits)

1/2 cup raisins (or dried cranberries)
