Pesto Penne with Turkey Sausage


Ingredients:

One Large Sweet Onion

One Red Pepper

One Yellow Pepper

4 Tablespoons of Pesto

454 G Pasta

6 cups fresh baby spinach

Goats’ cheese

Directions:

Boil Sausage (or bake, BBQ) and slice it. Sauté Vegetables: Veggie Options: Mushrooms, Tomatoes, Peppers, Onions,Zucchini. Prepare Penne and drain. Add turkey sausage, sautéed vegetables and pesto. Crumble goats’ cheese on top.
