Heat oven to 350°F.

Beat 2 egg whites, pinch of salt, pinch of cream of tartar until frothy.

Gradually add 2/3 cup sugar. Beat until stiff.

Fold in one package chocolate chips.

Drop on greased cookie sheet.

Put in oven and turn off heat.

Leave for 1 hour or overnight.
