Meatloaf


Ingredients:

2 lbs ground beef (approx 0.9 kg)

2 eggs

1 cup quick cooking oatmeal

1 cup ketchup

1 tsp dry mustard

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

3 tbsp onion flakes

 

Method:

Mix all ingredients together and place in a loaf pan (9″ x 5″ x 3″). Cover the top of the meat with a layer of ketchup. Cover the pan with foil and seal the edges. Bake in 375°F oven for about 1 hour.
